Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, you can return your unwanted items for a refund.

What does it mean to shop to your Season?

BOAH recognises and celebrates the way in which today's women are an expression of nature and the world in which we live and as such represent the spice and colour of life! We have varying backgrounds, sizes, choices, and complexities that make us both vibrant and interesting.

Our outward appearance - our unique combination of hair, eye colour and skin tone gift us with a unique slice of nature's colour palette, giving us a "hint" of what colours woudl best compliment our own special mix - our own particular "seasonal colouring". What better way to look at colour palettes than the ones that nature has provided for us in seasons.

BOAH recognises these seasonal differences in us all and offers a variety of patterns and colours that have been especially selected and matched against Summer, Winter, Spring and Autumn colourings.

Do you offer pre-orders

Pre-orders are not offered on goods that have sold out but please feel free to use our contact form to register your email address and we will happily let you know when the item returns to stock.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to various countries around the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Contact us to confirm what your shipping costs are.

Can I exchange an unwanted item?

BOAH subscribes to the slow fashion movement and in support of this we manufacture and stock limited pieces and are therefore unable to offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, pattern or item, we would recommend purchasing the new item and following our return policy to return the unwanted items.

What is your return policy?

BOAH wants you to be completedly happy with your purchases but if for any reason you have second thoughts, we will gladly accept the return of your goods that meet the following conditions:

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached and inside the zip lock bags provided.

Items must be returned within
within 10 days of receiving items in original packaging.

The shipping cost incurred for
returning items to BOAH for a refund are not covered or reimbursed.

Sale and discounted items are non-refundable.

Please note that BOAH does not accept liability for the loss of items during the return process. It is recommended sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received
confirmation that your return has been processed.

Due to health regulations, we are unable to return briefs or high briefs - it is advisable to carefully check the size chart before purchasing. If you are unsure please email us and we will gladly assist you to select a suitable size.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED

On receipt of the item/s they will be reviewed under the conditions outlined in the return polilcy and once reviewed, a refund for the purchase (excluding shipping and return handling costs) will be made directly to the payment method used in the original purchase.

An email will be sent to you notifying you of the status of your refund once the review has been completed.
