The gift card will have 3 years from date of purchase to use before expiry.
Shipping
BOAH ships all orders via Australia Post
Free standard domestic shipping is available for all Australian orders. Customers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes applicable to your country of residence.
Upon receipt of the order, packing of the items will be undertaken and forwarded within 1-2 days of receiving the order. In exceptional circumstances such as in the case of weather events, health outbreaks etc, there may be a delay that is outside of our control and we ask that patience is extended.
According to our return policy, all sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If you require different sizings from the products you ordered, please email BOAH and we will send you instructions on our returns process. We are invested in making your quality BOAH product to fit well.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us
BOAH wants you to be completely happy with your purchases but if for any reason you have second thoughts, we will gladly accept the return of your goods that meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached and inside the zip lock bags provided.
- Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving items in original packaging
- The shipping cost incurred for returning items to BOAH for a refund are not covered or reimbursed
- Sale and discounted items are non-refundable
- Please email your return request via the contact form below stating in the heading that it is a return and provide the order number for tracking purposes
- Please note there is no returns on bottoms for hygienic reasons.
Please note that BOAH does not accept liability for the loss of items during the return process. It is recommended sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received
confirmation that your return has been processed.
How will I be refunded?
On receipt of the item/s they will be reviewed under the conditions outlined in the return policy and once reviewed, a refund for the purchase (excluding shipping and return handling costs) will be made directly to the payment method used in the original purchase.
An email will be sent to you notifying you of the status of your refund once the review has been completed.
